Downloadable Trip Plan

Let somebody know where you're going...

This downloadable trip plan was prepared by AdventureSmart.ca and the British Columbia Provincial Emergency Program. If you go missing and nobody knows where you are it is very difficult for emergency services to find you. By filling out this form and leaving it with a responsible adult you are increasing your chances of being found quickly should your plans suddenly turn upside down in the wilderness.

After downloading the form:

  • Fill in all required information
  • Leave a copy with somebody responsible you can trust
  • Contact that person upon your safe return to let them know you are home safely
